Thank you for considering The Briarwood Inn for your special event. We will provide you with superb food, excellent service, and our charming ambiance that will create an unforgettable experience.

Private Dining Facilities
The Briarwood has three dining rooms within the restaurant that may be booked for private events and functions, as well as various alcoves and areas within each room perfect for a semi-private dining experience. We do not impose a room charge for use of any of our dining rooms.

	The Grand West Dining Room Graced with high ceilings, a copper fireplace, and beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains, this room can seat up to 120 guests.

	The East Dining Room Seating for up to 80 people, the East Room features an enchanting setting of etched glass booths, and European antiques with an old-world charm.

	Garden Terrace The Briarwood debuts a brand new outdoor venue for a beautiful outdoor party. The outdoor patio features a garden setting, graced with stone features, sound system, fireplace, water features and a romantic pergola set among a beautiful array of flowers, trees and manicured gardens.

Food and Beverage
You may choose to have an “open menu” whereby each guest is welcome to order any item listed in our menu, or it may be arranged by you through a selection of 3-5 entrees, printed on customized menus for your particular event.

Alcoholic beverages may be hosted by you throughout the evening and added to the tab, or as a “cash bar” for each guest to pay for their beverages individually.

Guarantees
For groups of 20 or more, we kindly request a final customer count 48 hours prior to your event. 90% of this number will be considered a guarantee of attending guests for which you will be charged - $16 for lunch, $50 for dinner, $29 for brunch, or $29 for tea – for each guest who does not attend.

Tax and Service Charge
Golden City Tax is 7.6%. A 20% automatic gratuity is added to the bill for any party of 10 or more people.
