The Briarwood Inn - Golden, CO

Thank you for considering The Briarwood Inn for your special event. We will make every effort to provide you with excellence in food, service, atmosphere, and do our best to cater to your individual needs.

THE FACILITY
The Briarwood Inn seats approximately 300 people in three separate dining rooms each of which may be booked privately. Within each dining room are areas and alcoves that may be booked as semi-private. We are able to accommodate groups of 6, up to groups of 150.

GUEST ARRIVAL
All guests need to be present and seated at the time of the reservation. During our busy times we do impose a time limit on our groups- 2 hours for lunch, 3 hours for dinner and 2 hours for brunch – from the designated time of the reservation. Please let us know if there are any problems with these time restrictions when making your reservation.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Your menu will be arranged by you – from our enclosed selections. For groups of 20 or more you may select three (3) entrees. We request menu selections to be completed 14 days prior to your scheduled event. Personalized menus are available. Exact counts of each entrée are required 48 hours in advance of your function. This count is also the guaranteed number for which you will be charged. Pricing is subject to change.

GUARANTEES
Final customer counts are needed 48 hours prior to your event. This number will be considered a guarantee for which you will be charged - $16.00 for lunch, $50.00 for dinner and $30.00 for brunch – for each guest who does does not attend. We do understand that things happen and as long as proper notice is given (24 hours) the guarantee charge will be waived. However, if no final count is received, we will considered the number indicated at the confirmation time of the reservation to be the quaranteed number of guests.

SEATING
Seating arrangements are determined by the volume of business, holiday dates, availability, size of the party, finalized guest counts, and guaranteed numbers. Specific areas or seating arrangements are not guaranteed. We will make every attempt to accommodate your seating requests.

SERVICE CHARGE
A service charge will be added to your total bill before applicable state and local taxes are calculated. The total amount of this charge is paid to your service staff.

PAYMENT
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club. Personal checks and corporate checks may be accepted with prior approval only. The total bill is due and payable at the completion of the event.
